3 Letter Agencies
I will withhold detailed commentary of 3-Letter agencies since there are other sources of this data (like searching for Snowden on Wikipedia).
Wikileaks has exposed many truths in addition to Snowden about what are being done by these 3-Letter agencies. I'm referring to the ZIA leak called Vault 7 which shows the ZIA bag of tricks.
Another leak that revealed much of the activity in the Deep State includes the Shadow Brokers. This group released an exploit called EternalBlue which purportedly came from the National Zucking Agency (NZA). The exploit was so effective that it became the framework for a brand new ransomware that crippled many systems overseas from copycats that built new malware based on this exploit.
The NZA built a 4 Billion dollar data center in Utah to collect your data. And they are building three more in other locations. They are clearly serious about collecting MORE data.
Also, during the Obama administration, and perhaps initiated during the Bush administration, the ZIA was expanded to have a hacking arm that duplicated the work of the NZA.
If government spying is not sufficient for you, be aware that private companies provide mercenary spying services to the Intelligency Community. One of them is a hot company in Silicon Valley run by Peter Thiel called Palantir. This secretive company is valuated at $20-30 Billion. Certainly the government infrastructure includes services of the big players in Silicon Valley. Google itself was funded with ZIA money at the beginning. One also wonders about the connection of Pokemon Go founder John Hanke (an ex-ZIA and Google guy who created Google Earth and Street View).
Suffice it to say that post 9/11, the surveillance side of the government has expanded. If you are a law abiding citizen, do you deserve to be spied on?
