During the Obama administration, billions of dollars intended to stimulate the economy were use to create the Hitech Act which was used to encourage Health Care facilities to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.

This was also used to create a Real-Time infrastructure for sending electronic health records directly to government as health care services are planned (before they are even delivered). The intent of course real time monitoring and interference in the Patient-Physician relationship in order to allow bureaucrats to deny care and services.
Two issues here need some evaluation. One is the centralization of identified medical records. A major source of concern for privacy since this could be hacked. Secondly is the use of the data for government control.
